Professional Experience
Ron is a seasoned trial attorney who brings over two decades of litigation experience to HB Law Partners. Ron came to HB Law Partners to continue his successful practice and to expand his practice and use his experience to help employees who have been treated unlawfully. Ron represents individuals who have been misclassified or paid incorrectly under wage and hour laws, wrongfully terminated, harassed, retaliated against, or otherwise mistreated in the workplace, and is passionate about holding employers accountable when they violate the law.
Before joining HB, Ron was a shareholder at Oklahoma’s largest law firm, where he spent more than 20 years litigating high-stakes business and healthcare cases across state and federal courts. His work involved closely held business disputes, complex contract disputes and business torts, conducting internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and representing health care providers and hospitals against allegations arising under the federal False Claims Act. He has successfully represented physicians, hospitals, executives, and businesses in both trial and appellate courts.
Ron’s legal skill has earned him recognition by The Best Lawyers in America in commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, and qui tam law, as well as listings in Oklahoma Super Lawyers and Benchmark Litigation’s “Future Stars.”
A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law with honors, Ron was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Ron is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and multiple federal courts.
